Nestled in the picturesque area of "Akladi" in Chernomorets, just 200 meters from the picturesque boho beach "Simple Beach" and Eco Camping Chernomorets!

The construction process is actively progressing - at the moment we have successfully completed the rough stage of construction and obtained ACT 14.

The expected date of commissioning is June 2026, and the start was set in October 2024.

Created by "Sharenkov Architects", Sunny Island BOHEMIA brings a Mediterranean spirit combined with the artistic expression of the bohemian style. The construction of the building includes natural materials, airy lines and light facades, which give the building a feeling of lightness and freedom. The complex is of a closed type, designed in an L-shape with different levels, with the highest part reaching five floors.

Sunny Island BOHEMIA is a boutique residential complex with one elegant building, consisting of a total of 35 apartments - one-bedroom and two-bedroom, with areas ranging from 66 to 160 sq m. Each of them offers space and comfort, and each terrace offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the azure sea and the island of "St. Ivan", which creates a feeling of endless horizon and freedom.

The project is part of the low-rise construction category, which makes it suitable for both seasonal and year-round living. It integrates modern amenities and functional solutions, including an outdoor heated pool with a heat pump, which contributes to the feeling of secluded resort life all year round.

Residents of the complex will enjoy elegant common areas designed with attention to every detail - a cozy lobby, a boutique studio for artistic experiences and a specially designated playground for the little ones.

With 31 outdoor and 7 underground parking spaces, the project guarantees convenience and security for all residents. And all this is immersed in greenery and surrounded by nature and space, which turn Sunny Island BOHEMIA into a place of harmony, style and inspiration.

This project was created for people who are looking for their own "escape" from the dynamics - a secluded place where they can enjoy the tranquility, sea, artistic inspiration and modern comfort.

"Escape Style" - this is how the style in which the complex is built can be described - romantic but bold, simple but sophisticated!

The apartments will be finished according to BDS (on putty and screed), and there is also the option of turnkey finishing according to the individual taste of the owners.
