Construction progress
The Sunny Island BOHEMIA boutique complex continues its dynamic progress! Nestled in the picturesque area of "Akladi" in Chernomorets, just 200 meters from the seashore, the project is becoming a true architectural jewel of the southern Burgas Bay.
We are currently installing thermal insulation on the northern facade of the building, having already reached the fourth floor.
We are using a premium EPS insulation system from BAUCEM - a brand that has established itself with exceptional quality and efficiency.
Its main advantages include:
- excellent energy efficiency and reduced heating and cooling costs;
- resistance to moisture, UV rays and weather influences;
- durability and guaranteed preservation of the appearance of the facade over time;
In parallel, we started the installation of the joinery - PVC five-chamber profile, with double glazing, providing high noise and heat insulation, as well as a modern vision, consistent with the architectural design of the building.
We are also actively working on low-voltage installations and the water supply network, so that every detail meets the set standards for quality and comfort.
Currently, only 4 three-room apartments with spacious terraces and impressive views of the sea and the island of "St. Ivan" remain available for sale in "BOHEMIA":
- 3 apartments on the second floor,
- 1 apartment on the fifth floor, offering an exceptional panorama.
These properties are ideal for both investment and permanent residence. Thanks to the combination of location, quality and design, each apartment has high added value and investment potential!
Architecture and concept
Designed by "Sharenkov Architects", Sunny Island BOHEMIA embodies the philosophy of the Bohemian "Escape Style" - a perfect balance between romance, freedom and modern elegance!
The complex is of a closed type, consists of one building with an L-shaped structure and five levels, offering its owners a number of premium amenities:
- heated outdoor pool with a heat pump;
- elegant lobby and artistic boutique studio;
- playground for the little ones;
- 31 outdoor and 7 underground parking spaces;
